Getting started
Buying a home is a big deal! That's why I'm here to be your partner through the process. As your Realtor, I'll guide you through each step, providing education and support along the way. My standard is to treat every client as if they were my only one and ultimately find you your dream home at the end. This is your time!
THE PR
OCESS
1. Contact me
The first step is to reach out to me so I can get to know you and start the search for your perfect home!
2. Finances
Obtain a financial pre-approval (proof of funds for cash purchase) and prepare for additional costs.
3. Search
Preview potential properties, schedule showings, & view the properties you're most interested in.
4. Make an offer
Write an offer to purchase. Negotiate the terms of the offer & accept the contract.
5. Clear to close
The title company will conduct title search. Receive closing statement. Wire funds to closing company.
6. Financing
Lender will order the appraisal. Conduct inspections & resolve any issues/concerns from inspections.
7. Under contract
Deposit escrow, complete loan application and get homeowners insurance quotes.
8. Closing Day
Conduct a final walk-through of property & close. Get your keys, it's all yours!
